Paver Sealer | Penetrating Paver Seal (PS)

SRW (PS) Penetrating Paver Seal™ is a clear penetrating sealer. Used to protect and seal any clean and dry cementitious surface, above ground, vertical or horizonal. It protects the surface against damaging effects of water intrusion, acid rain, deicing chemicals, freeze/thaw exposure, airborne dirt, smog, industrial fumes, and most other atmospheric chemicals. It retains the original appearance of pavers, brick, block, stone, masonry, cultured stone and concrete surfaces with a non-yellowing UV resistant finish.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Read product label throughly for important information and warnings.
  2. Thoroughly clean surface of joint sand, dust or loose material prior to application. Use SRW (EF) Efflorescence Cleaner for removal of efflorescence and SRW (CD) Cleaner/Degreaser for removal of stains, as necessary.
  3. Surface must be completely dry prior to sealer application. Recommended application tempertures are 50℉ (10℃) to 80℉ (27℃). Do not apply if inclement weather is forecasted within 24 hours. See www.srwproducts.com for application tips.
  4. Shake or stir thoroughly prior to use. Apply PS Paver Seal evenly with a sprayer, roller, or squeegee.
  5. Allow pavement to dry and cure 24 hours before subjected to normal traffic.

USER TIPS

  1. Protect buildings, landscaping and vehicles from overspray or spray drift.
  2. For added slip resistance, use SRW (SR) Slip Resistant Paver Grip.
  3. For new pavement, let efflorescence (white mineral deposits) rise to the surface for at least 90 days before cleaning and sealing.
  4. When using on aged surfaces, make sure that surface is clean and that any damaged areas have been repaired.
  5. Surface may be damp or wet, however the dryer the surface, the better the absorption.
  6. Do not apply to structures under hydrostatic pressure.
  7. Lower temperatures or high humidity will increase drying time.
  8. For stronger, longer lasting paver joints use SRW Joint Set Sand Stabilizer.
  9. Apply yearly to retaining walls under harsh freeze/thaw (salt) conditions.
