STEP 1: Click "DOWNLOAD POSTCARD" to download the Customer Postcard.dot file. (Microsoft Office Word 2003 or newer is required)

STEP 2: Open the file in Word. On page two of the postcard, insert your logo and contact information. Type customer information. (TIP: For larger mailng list, under the "Tools" drop menu, use "Mail Merge Manager" to insert your customer mailing list.)

STEP 3: Print (postcard paper is available at your local office supply store or use cardstock, cut in four) and mail.

Call customers a few days later to setup a FREE, no obligation, quote appointment. Depending on your area, contractors are said to be charging $1-2 per square foot for cleaning and sealing maintenance services.
